born in a world full of fear, doubt, and worry, she still sees life as an opportunity to grow and to love, love, love. . . (and spread more love to others)
growing up with different schools every year, she became unattached to people. refusing to be in groups but rather, to be friends with everyone. an introvert whos friendly &outgoing but also, shy and likes being alone (most of the time// candles and music by her side)
by the sudden death of her parents, she became cynical with life. . she wasnt really the type of person who shared her emotions. instead, she often covered it up with a facade, making things even worse.
the baggage that she carried with her manifested in her physically in the form of recurring episodes of near syncope and digestive complications – gluten and lactose intolerant.
she was so caught up by how gloomy it was around her that she refused to see things in any other perspective. she never thought that there was a life beyond the misfortune of her past until psychology, (this guy.. Nigel Garcia), and yoga were introduced into her life… she saw the heart of life in all its beauty and form.
she no longer lives in the past, but instead in each present moment. she sees the good in all things and she doesnt fear anymore because she understands. the love that was left by her parents was enough to carry on.
she enjoys her crazy, silly life by living with her sister and their three babies (lola, klaus, and zoey) in a small house with lotsa vegan and healthy food. and now has a second home and spends sunday fun day with the Garcia’s.
her week is full of yogurt, coffee/tea, yoga classes (she teaches now!), and fruits. trying to keep her life balanced, her usual friday and saturday nights consist of friends (that are like family) – having wine &cheese and just spreading good positive vibes all around.
this is just her way to share a little bit of the positive vibration that you deserve. spreading Love and Light always.
