5 Easy Overnight Oats You Should Try!

When you’re rushing in the morning, these grab-and-go overnight oats are going to be your savior. Keep your morning smooth and stress – free by preparing this a night before and you’re good for the day! Definitely a power breakfast meal.

These recipes are vegan and healthy. Ergo, it’s gluten free and dairy free. Most of them are sugar – free as well, so feel free to add your own sweetener. Perfect for your healthy diet!

I used a mix of Bob’s Red Mill old fashioned rolled oats and quick cooking oats for different textures.

Ingredients

Banana and Peanut Butter

  • 1/3 cup of Bob’s Red Mill quick cooking oats
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of banana
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of coconut milk (you can also use almond milk)

Coconut Mango

  • 1/3 cup of Bob’s Red Mill old – fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of mangoes (1/4 to mix, and another as toppings)
  • 1 tbsp of coconut shred/flakes
  • 1/3 cup of coconut milk

Banana and Cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup of Bob’s Red Mill quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of banana
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup of coconut milk (you can also use almond milk)

Banana and Chocolate Protein

  • 1/3 cup of Bob’s Red Mill old – fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of banana
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of Bob’s Red Mill chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp of coconut nectar (sweetener)
  • 1/3 cup of coconut milk (you can also use almond milk)

Classic Chocolate

  • 1/2 cup of Bob’s Red Mill quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk: chocolate


Directions

  1. In an 8oz mason jar, add all the ingredients together. Then, shake!
  2. Refrigerate overnight to soak all the flavor and oats.
  3. Best serve cold.
